File Specification

Before sending your artwork please check your artwork conforms to the check list below
as this will help to avoid any unnecessary delays and/or additional costs.

1. Files to be supplied as print ready PDF
2. Files to be supplied 1up centred on page
3. Books (multipage) - Pages to be supplied as one PDF containing all pages running in order,
cover to be first page (DO NOT supply pages in pairs)
4. Crop marks to be added to all edges and centred within the page
5. Images to be at least 300dpi resolution
6. All colours to be CMYK (NOT RGB or Pantones)
7. All fonts to be converted to curves/outlines
8. Layers and transparencies are to be flattened before creating the PDF
9. 3mm bleed to be added to all edges
10. Quiet border (Safe area) is 5mm from the trim edge

If your artwork does not follow these guidelines
we cannot be held responsible for any faults with conversion

Leaflets

We can design and print your Leaflet or we can print from files supplied by you.
Please note: Our quotes are based on you providing us with a final size Print Ready PDF, including bleed if required. (Click to see file specifications). For information on creating a PDF click here.
If you are unable to supply a PDF, we will convert your files to PDF, please note this will incur an additional charge.

Leaflets can be printed single colour, 2 or 3 colours or full colour, common sizes are DL, A5 and A4 and can be printed single or double sided. A4 can be printed and folded to give either a 4 page A5 or 6 page DL depending on layout.
